SECURING THE EAS

5) Leave enough length be-

tween the dash and the end of

the CS/CTS connector for easy

CS/CTS install.

NOTE: For a clean look, the

cable can be hidden behind

the dash plastic and the door

frame weather strip.

6) Plug the CS/CTS Connector

into the proper mating connec-

tor on the back of the CS/CTS

Unit.

NOTE: Depending on your

mounting style, refer to the

mounting documents below for

proper installation:

(a) Arkon Mount: Quick In-

stall Guide

(b) POD Mount: POD Install

Zip Ties

1) Using the supplied zip ties,

fasten the EAS connectors

underneath the overhang which

runs across the top of the ﬁ re

wall. (Figure 42 & 43)

2) Keep the EAS assembly

close to the driver side. (Figure

13)

3) Use any remaining zip ties to

secure loose cable.

NOTE: There are two body de-

signs for different EAS devices.

However, the two different de-

signs are compatible with one

another. Refer to Figure 44.
